Row For Freedom training with Adventure Hub
The Row For Freedom team travelled to Norfolk to visit Ian Couch and Lee Fudge from Adventure Hub. The team were pushed both mentally and physically to ensure that they are ready for their epic challenge. Adventure Hub specialise in expeditions and training to partake in adventure challenges. Team member Katie Pattison-Hart says:
“Ian has been incredibly helpful, welcoming and has gone above and beyond what we were expecting from the course. You can see he really cares about our development as a team.”
